Last four months I show some small small yellowish spot inside right cheek not any other problem like burning sensation or bleeding or increase size but  this problem effect on concentration of mind If I scratch inside cheek with finger than I noticed spot My bds doctor said this I Fordyce granules and give me pest of kenakort and multivitamin tablet So please give me some instructions about it how treat thi

Yes these are Fordyce's granules. Totally physiological structures. Nothing to worry about. No treatment required at all. You DO NOT NEED ANY KIND OF MEDICATIONS for these. These will not disappear. But not at all pathological as well.
