I haven't had my period for 10 days. I have PCOD. I am undergoing treatment for INFERTILITY and I had taken tablets for period last month. So will the pills taken this month also work?

It is common to have delayed periods because of PCOS. The progesterone pills can be taken for withdrawal bleeding. However, it seems you had some treatment for infertility, so pregnancy test must be undertaken if periods are delayed
