The patient was diagnosed with PCOS during teenage years and has been managing it via diet and exercise. Patient is currently pregnant and due on 19 Jan. Due to pregnancy exercise had to be stopped. Patient wants to know what inositol brand/variant can be taken post delivery which is also safe while nursing
