I got slipped from stairs yesterday and got injured on my hand(image of bruise attached), I've other bruises as well on other parts but this one is too tender and painful to touch and I can't raise my hand above elbow part. Is there a chance of any fracture? Should i go for x-ray? Or only painkillers and ointment will be enough. I'll be very grateful for your answer

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is possible that you may have a fracture in your arm. It is recommended that you visit a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. An x-ray may be necessary to determine the extent of the injury. In the meantime, you can take painkillers and apply ointment to the affected area to help alleviate the pain and reduce swelling. However, it is important not to ignore the injury and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
