Haven't been healthy for the last 2.5 years then started to display seoaonal symptoms of upper respiratory symptoms mainly sinuses for 3 years now then this year I was hit hard with these recurrent symptoms and suddenly pain, muffled, blocked, clogged, weak hearing and tinnitus in left ear for almost 3 months now. I was  exposed to lots of stress lately . I feel a bit better as sinnus and swelling healing but tinnitus still persists along very mild pain hearing is definitely better, still very mild nose pain but all symptoms have stopped . MRI shows fluid accumalation and resolving sinuses and swelling. Was wondering if homeopathy medication is an option for my health concerns and can heal  sinuses and tinnitus in long term or permanently rather than treating only symptoms then I go back to the same painfull circle of being sick? Thanks for your advice
