I am facing difficulty in eating, drinking and yawning and my mouth and throat feel numb and swollen. Please provide remedy P.S. here's the pic of my mouth

You have pharyngitis. Do warm water salt gargle three times a day. Take tablet combiflam twice a day For 5 days. Avoid cold, spicy n oily food

According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from acute pharyngitis .
Next Steps
Take treatment as follow as 1-Cap Pantop dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 2- tab Calpol 500 mg for pain and swelling as sos. 3- Tab Amoxyclav 625 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 4- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 5- do gargle with betadine solution. 6- Cap Multivitamins A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day for strengths and immunity.
