I understand your concern. I second with Dr. Harisha's opinion. But abdominal obesity leads to lot of problems in the long run. So, you need to start doing pelvic floor n abdominal exercises right away, with a combination of diets which comprises of lot of fibers, proteins, good fats n carbs.
Follow this as thumb rule to keep your total food intake 50% raw n 50% cooked. Raw food includes fruit, salads, sprouts n nuts. Cooked are proteins like dal, soya, Chana, eggs, fish meats, dairy products and cereals like oats, whole wheat roti, brown rice. This will help you to manage your health on right way.
