Increased risk observed for T18

My 1st child is 5 year old. Healthy and active. I suffered 2 miscarriages in May 2022 & March 2023 (both were blighted ovum at 8 weeks). Iam 12 weeks pregnant now (2nd pregnancy), 1st trimester US and blood report normal, but double marker says following. Risk of syndrome T21 is 1:667 T18 is 1:29 T13 is 1:256 (Cut off 1:100) Will this pregnancy also lead to termination? Or do I still have a ray of hope ?

You should wait for the Quadruple marker test. It will give some further information. If there is still a high risk of aneuploidy then you should go for NIPT or Amniocentesis.
