Few months ago, in october 2016 i had undergone larprotomy under g.a ......exploratory laprotomy ,,then in february 2017 i had my ileostomy done ,, now as i have gained my weight aftr recovry ,,my belly fat is increasing day by day ,kindlu suggest me some exercise and diets ,,by which i shld be able to maitain my weight n good posture ,,,,
