In 20 weeks pregnancy ,the anomaly scan says that booth kidney's shows slight fullness of pelvicalyceal system . Right renal APPD : 6.1mm Left renal APPD :6.4 mm Please suggest me, it is thinkable? it can problem for my baby ?

Upto 4.5mm it's normal But more than this repeat sonography by fetal medicine experts .....than every thing is normal than every 1monthly follow up scan
