In my LFT test, SGOT and SGPT is high

Dear Dr, Today i have taken my LFT test in empty stomach and attached the reports. I can see my SGOT : 61 U/L and SGPT is 82 U/L. Please tell me  dose it means liver is not in good condition and causes liver damage What is the treatment.
