Improper teeth

Sir/Mam my side teeth is coming outwards and one is going backward they are not in order(improper) so what should I do sir....when I consulted a medical officer he said that if we will do it with brazers your mouth will come forward side.....and u have to take surgery option....so what should I do sir

you can get a full mouth x ray also known as opg and a lateral cephalogram after which you can consult an orthodontist(specialised dentist to correct improper teeth alignment)
