Improper bowel

I am suffering from improper bowel for more than six months. I poop twice a day. In the morning , most of the days, stool is semi liquid and not sufficient. Gas forms after taking lunch and dinner. I feel bloated stomach everyday in the morning. No pain in stomach, no blood with stool. Please help me!!
