Implant for missing teeth

I do not have 2 tooth in lower left jaw and 1 tooth on right lower jaw, if i am doing implant  for my missing tooth, is there any possibility of risk like cancer or infection. i have 114 diabetis(in fasting).

Cancer will not be caused be implants Risk of infection in any procedure. But of done with proper sterilisation and with proper care after placement there will be no problems.
