If you are having pain consult to oral surgeon for extarction of impacted teeth..Get your cbct image..

Just go for impacted tooth removal,its little difficult but you will have to do it

You’re 20 years old .. unless the impaction is causing any trouble I wouldn’t suggest removal.. if you’re planning gap closure after tooth removal it is going to be long and time taking.. a Cbct X-ray would be better to decide the same

Well opg show impaction in lower left 2nd premolar and if it's causing the problem then it has to be removed bysurgical extraction It's difficult extraction consul nearby oral surgeon

As the tooth is deeply impacted and proximity of nerve is seen on OPG I would suggest ( if there’s no pain or any plans of alignment) then better to wait for 3-4 years. And if you have pain or any plans on further treatment better to go for CBCT scan and then the surgery needs to be done by Oral surgeon.
