There are several causes for IBS how ever follow this advice and it can help you with your symptoms .
Avoid spicy food as much as possible.
Avoid all kinds of carbonated drinks
Avoid alcohol
Avoid tea and coffee
Avoid Red meat
Avoid stress
Increase consumption of green leafy vegetables such as spinach , brocli .
Consume more citrus fruits. Add high fiber diet . Have Plenty of water throughout the day.
Have small frequent meals(6-8) rather than 3 heavy meals .
Take tab zincovit once a day for 15 days .
