I want to start a water fast but I've read articles saying that fasting can negatively effect your health in the long run and permanently slow your metabolism. Is that true and is there anything else I should know before starting this fast?
It's known as liquid diet,
It has not to be on long basis,
It's combination of fruit diet and vegetable diet,
Get a proper diet plan for this,
Otherwise you may feel weak and tired,
