Take a protein n fibre rich diet with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and sprouts.Avoid sugary foods,junk food and packaged foods. Exercising atleast for 30 mins/day and taking adequate sleep is a must. Stay active all through the day by getting up from your workstation every hour n moving around.
