I want to conceive twins babies in this year. I have no twins background in my family. I want to know the procedure naturally or by medications.

Concieving a twin naturally is what you should welcome and that happens spontaneously. Dont spoil your wifes health by opting for ovulation induction drugs or IVF only because u want a twin. its not recommended as you have more complication like hyperstimulation, complication with pregancy  growth restriction etc
