My weight is not well As my weight is 48kgs and my age is 22 I want to gain weight with in a short period of time

For gaining weight follow healthy diet , exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur In ur diet. Add( good fat and nuts in ur diet and. Add plenty of water. Take 3 main meal and 2-3snacks per day.

48 should be up to 6-7 kgs depending on your height. For wight gain, you should start your day with exercise & walk early in the morning & the evening, which increase your metabolism.
