After having teeth brush my teeth is not shining. It seems like yellowish colour. So I want to clean my teeth.

Mostly having yellowish color on teeth are due to stains. If it's external stains, then can be cleaned by your Dentist and if it's internal stains then you may need to undergo teeth Bleaching.
