Go for opg  if your 3rd molar is impacted then you have to extract it

Get a x ray or OPG done. Because if it's wisdom tooth then need to check whether it's erupting properly or not. If their is any hinderence then you need to get them extracted. Most likely it's the wisdom tooth eruption, keep that area, clean, and do a warm saline gargle .message that area with Tan-X gum astringent.
