Neck pain at your age, with today's lifestyle is commonly seen... especially if you use your mobile phone for long amounts of time or work on your laptop for long hours.
This pain may radiate upto your shoulder blade too.
You may try the following:
*Apply hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day)
*After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel (if you are not allergic to it)
*Tab Ace Proxyvon (half tablet three times a day after eating something) (if you are not allergic to it)
*Tab Gabaneuron (300mg) (1 tablet at 7pm for 10 days) (if you are not
pregnant or are not planning a baby)
*Stand up, breathe in and simultaneously extend your head back so as to be able to look up at the ceiling, then exhale and look back in front (this exercise needs to be done 30-40 times a day)
*Avoid using a pillow while sleeping
*Keep your phone away from your body so that you don't have to bend your neck to look at it
*Avoid using your laptop on your lap. Keep it on a table, place a couple of books beneath it and use it like a desktop.
