I require a diet program

I require a diet program for myself to reduce the body fat percentage 18.5 %(although i am totally fit and not overweight) i am 5'9.5" and 71 kgs. I need to get it under 12% -10% .I have a little weak digestive system  and i am a pure vegetarian with egg as an exception. I need to put on lean muscle mass, i have been a state level boxer and i need to get in shape to compete again asap and gain lean muscles for the same. As body fat hinders quick movement and slows down a person in combat sports .
