Yes the medication is an antibiotic , might be suggested to reduce an infective foci Since the sperm count is normal don't worry a lot Take good amount of proper diet Avoid smoking and alcohol if u have those habits

For low sperm motility, infection also a cause. So the antibiotics is okay. Trust your doctor,he knows better than you ( Don't Google medical problems, you will be confused)

Doxy SL? Well usually its Doxt SL but alright. I think he's suspecting a bacterial cause that's why he's thinking of it. Sometimes infection can lead to low sperm motility and since you're normospermic its likely too. So he's trying the first method but yes i am not thinking of infectious cause either. But i don't have your reports. Can't comment much without knowing the full case
