hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it. if the tooth cannot be saved, then you can get it extracted. then you can go for fixed prosthesis or implants for replacement of missing tooth.

You should get an X-ray done of the tooth and if possible, get the cavity filled up by the dentist, and if X-ray reveals that restoration is not possible, then get the tooth extracted.

Hi dear u need to visit your dentist . A proper diagnosis followed by an X-ray will lead to a conclusion . Going by your age it might be a milk teeth , which without s second thought should be extracted. And I case it's a permanent tooth with sound roots try to save it with a root canal and a cap.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist at the earliest.
