As mentioned above I have a gap of index finger and was advised braces but the idea of removing my teeth to make spaces doesn't not go well with me .I need an opinion whether removing teeth is necessary for brace s

Your idea does not work here dear .., the treatment protocol itself says that if teeth need to be realigned and to achieve that if space is required then extraction of premolars becomes mandatory .. after this a dentist can put braces for you
