I have problem while folding my left leg

Dear sir/ mam I feel that while I fold my left leg form couple of month it's paining in joint. My left leg only feel hard in compare of right leg. I never met with an accident and no other incidents happened with my left leg. Any medicine or suggestions please recomned

Its due to myalgia. Start with Tab. Hifenac MR twice daily after food for 5 days. And Tab.pan 40 mg twice daily half an hour before food for 5 days.apply oxalgin nano gel applications along with hot fomentations rwice daily
