I have a complete imaginary world..I live it mostly because of my loneliness..but I know the difference between reality and imaginary.some times I talk to my self.it started at age 10 or 11 and now I'm 18.when I talk to myself my mom hear some noise thinks I'm talking to a guy and suspect me.no ine believes me.i feel insane.am I mad??.how to stop it???.if it goes further do I talk to myself on roads????
