I have (Bilateral foraminal L3-L4 disc bulge indenting bilateral neural foramen seen. Diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal L4-L5 & L5-S1 dise bulge indenting thecal sac and bilateral neural foramen contents seen.) kindly give me some advice and tips please if i do physio which type should I do Thanks

The treatment for disc bulge depends solely on the symptoms of the patient. Many times they’re asymptomatic and don’t require anything If mild pain is there then physiotherapy will suffice If severe pain or radiation to legs is present, then some kind of an intervention will be required
