I have a problem in my teeth. The thing

Is in my lower jaw the last tooth was paining a lot. So I consulted a doctor. He took the x ray and said there was a hole in the teeth and it was to be removed. After taking medicines he temporarily filled the gap with the cement. Later again pain came and I went to the doctor again. He told to remove the tooth again. At the time of removing the tooth he gave me an injection and local anesthesia in my teeth but still the pain continued whole removing. Then he suggested me to take general anesthesia in my body so that he can easily remove the tooth without pain. But my family members are worried about that suggestion. Now please suggest how to get rid of that problem and remove the teeth without pain

General anaesthesia is usually not required for removal of tooth. Consult a specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon(MDS).

According to your description it looks as if the tooth is wisdom tooth and it's extraction is carried under local anaesthesia no need for general anaesthesia . You should get the tooth removed from an experienced oral surgeon, sometimes the area does not get anaesthetised with a single injection due to multiple reasons so in that case more anaesthetic is injected and you have to remain calm during the process.

It looks like a wisdom tooth problem as per your description. One can remove the tooth under local anesthesia. There is no need for general anesthesia to remove a tooth. Sometimes due to anxiety the effect of anesthesia is not as profound and you can still feel the pain. You can get it removed from someone else if you are not willing to go to the same dentist who suggested general anesthesia.
