I have a perio endo lesion.

I had RCT on tooth in 2010. Occasionally I was having pus discharge from gums. I don't feel any pain or discomfort. I checked with dentist and CBCT scan shows infection. I am planning to visit endodontist for further treatment. What are the chances of the healing of this tooth? Thank you for your valuable opinion & suggestions. Attached scan report.

Hii... There is infection in relation to your molar teeth because of improper RCT. You should go to Endodontist for Re- RCT. Multiple visits will take place but eventually it will heal the leasion. As infection is more, you should start the treatment as soon as possible.
