I have a s issue of Constipation, i tried so many medicine but it effect only when i regularly took medicine after that it again back to that issue. I need permanent solution. Please recommend me any medicine to cure it. Please help me out with this asap.

you need to increase fibres in diet with plenty of fluids  ..plus a low dose of laxatives won't harm
