First of all home remedies don't work for dental problems or pain..please stop taking hot liquids ( avoid hot fermentation). It will increase the pain. There may be badly damaged tooth or a gingival abscess.. do salt water gargling thrice daily thoroughly and maintain oral hygiene brushing twice daily.
