Whey Proteins don't affect your Thyroid status. I think  (for today)  it has become a fashion on Practo "Q&A session"  to express your helplessness about your Thyroid status going haywire . Attribute it to Whey Protein.

Hi., I can understand your concern Reports suggesting hypothyroidism. No need to worry. It is not due to whey protein. It's due to hormonal changes. Will be reversed with medication and proper diet.
Next Steps
you need to be started with low dose of thyronorm. may need to add few more meds regarding your symptoms.
Health Tips
consult online for prescription avoid processed and refrigerated foods regular exercise and yoga.
