Hello ….. As i can see from your OPG …. your lower both side wisdom tooth will cause you problem in future as there are not aligned with the teeth…. It might cause pain or get the tooth adjacent tooth caries due to its position.. You can get it extracted now or in future when it troubles you…. Ya There is some issue with the upcoming wisdom teeth in both upper and lower jaw which are not aligned properly...
Next Steps
if there is any problem in future... you may have to extract the wisdom tooth as it is of no use in future.
