I Got MRI Whole spine done today

Hi Sir/Madam Today I got my Mri whole spine done. Can you please let me know what exactly happens to me. Straightening of cervical spine noted. Early degenerative spondylotic changes are seen in the form of small marginal osteophytes with partial disc dessication at few cervical levels seen in the form of subtle loss of hyperintense signal on T2W images. Posterior disc osteophytes complexes are seen at C4/5 & C5/6 levels causing thecal sac indentation. Straightening of lumbar spine is seen. Sacralization of L5 vertebral body is seen as counted from above. There is evidence of decrease signal intensity is seen in all vertebral bodies on T2W images - ? cause

These are degenerative changes . Likely to happen in 20-30 % people of your age group. The symptoms need to be mentioned , and clinical examination needed .
