I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down and also keeping my hand on chest it like thumping..also when i sit calmly on mobile and i give attentions on heartbeat then it feel and and i see that my hand also move with heartbeat..cardio said its anxiety and they give ciplar for that..i had been takeing for 3 month my heartbeat now resting is 72-78 ...if i climb the stair 2-3 floor then it also feel and sometime i bend down it also feel....now i consulted to psychiatrist they give me peroxetine and clonazepam..is it ok to it..? It reduced my this problem completely??? My heartbeat is normal

Anxiety can be related to multiple factors including heart.
You need a thorough cardiac evaluation (you have not mentioned, tests you have undergone)
Also get baseline blood investigations done
Paroxetine is good antianxiety
