Hi - for inner strength u can yoga,meditation, reading good inspiration books . Very well deciplined life, mentality high for services towards mankind is required. As per food & diet concerned then u can take more protein, vegetables, more greens,plant based foods to get more stamina, brain power which vis versa bgive u good mental strength. sleep 8 hrs.
