Hello doc's 3months back I had left ACL surgery, from 15days my right knee also getting pain n MRI saying grade 1 mild ACL strain n small Baker's cyst. I don't again surgery. Ayurvedic therapy will help me

Do not worry . grade 1 ACL means sprain. just Exercise your quadriceps the same way you have been told to do for left leg in which ACL reconstruction has been done. if you need more information on same, please read my blog on ACL rehabilitation.
