You need to get the upper wisdom tooth checked. It might create the trouble due to improper positioning. Get it checked by dentist and get the x Ray done.

Hello The gum near the wisdom tooth is getting trapped between two teeth that's why it has become like that.

Hello, It's due to cheek biting, because of the positioning of the wisdom tooth and the cavity in the wisdom tooth.
Next Steps
It would be advisable to get the wisdom tooth removed, to avoid it exaggerating
Health Tips
Keep good oral hygiene, avoid food accumulation in that area

The pic shared shows peri coronal flap covering partially erupted wisdom tooth . It is pigmented due to frictional keratosis ,which is simply repeated rubbing /trauma from the upper teeth . Nothing to worry ,if gets infected as food can trap under it ,then wisdom tooth can be removed.
Next Steps
Visit Dentist for radiographic evaluation

That may be periocorinitis. It's infection and swelling associated with last molar . Sometimes it's painless and sometimes it's associated with pain and swelling . A clinical examination is required to further find out . Visit a dentist .
