I cant have bowel movement

I have had fistula operation 3 days ago from then i can't pass stool and have my bowel movement it's paining so much what to do

It can be because of Postoperative pain. You should increase the dose of Laxative syrup and take twice daily if needed, till you pass first motion. Continue sitz bath.
