See you need to reduce smoking and ideally quit it....If stress levels are high.. Prioritize them..solve one by one...keep in touch with someone close like parents...avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol .. particularly after 6-7 pm..if you are not able to sleep for 20 min-get out of your bed and try after sometime again...In case it doesn't help..
