I have this problem from long time. I dont know for some time i ll have bad constipation and sometimes its so smooth n clear. I am recommend medicine (creamlex) which helps but sometimes it pain's in stomach after taking medicine and sometimes medicine effect me after 1 long day e.g if i took medicine on sunday it will show effect on Tuesday. I don't understand whats the problem please suggest something good natural remedies
