I have started the folic acid and multivitamin tablet in the end of my 4th week. I am taking folic acid 5 mg it is ok to take or I have to take 400mg tablet.please help me ?

It's 400 microgram not mg. 400 microgram preparation is not available in India that's why we are giving 5 mg.
