I am having mass over left side lower abdomen . I did MRI , it gives interpretation as broad ligament fibroid/ ovaral fibroid/fibrothecoma.please do needful help for treating this problem.

You have not mentioned the size of mass and your symptoms .if it is a broad ligament fibroid and big in size then it may require surgery.
