I am having lower back pain
I feel it when I stand up.
If I m sitting there is no pain but when I stand I feel it.
I used many pain relief pain but it only helped temporarily.
Pls suggest.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
⢠Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
⢠Avoid bending in front.
