Well, there is no doubt about the fact that you are quite underweight but it's not clear if you were always underweight or have lost weight due to some reason. Anyways a proper diet is very important for you. A diet consisting of good carbs , high quality proteins, good fats n fruits n vegetables is required. If you do not have much appetite, have small meals frequently. Have food of your choice n also enjoy your food to be able to derive maximum nutrition out of it.
