I always feel very weak and low energy

Although I ate healthy veg food but I feel very weak and low at energylevel . I undergone blood test and found low iron level , rest every parameter including vit d is at optimum level. Kindly suggest. It is since last 15 yrs. It starts from head and moves to lower body. I can't do any work for more than 30 min, I need rest. Your low iron level can be due to either low iron consumption or due to low iron uptake capacity of the body. Taking high iron foods along with protein may help. Exercise including some cardiovascular, strength & stretching will also help. Having Jaggery with roasted chick peas is a good snack for you along with high green leafy vegetables.
