Feeling low in energy
Frm last 2-3 months i m feeling low in energy whole day inspite of taking healthy diet full of protiens,less in fat. I m Going to jogging in morning nd 1 hr gym in evening.Not in mood to do any type of work.I dnt knw why i m feeling very low in energy..Feels like working dead body..please advice

Hi there I understand your concern...sometimes sleep deprivation causes these issues...low haemoglobin levels,thyroid issues,anxiety disorders are possible causes...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...I would suggest you to consult nearest physicians for clinical examination and evaluation and for investigations they will do the needful.
